Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days free. No credit card required up front. We help you get set up.
What counts as a processed invoice?
One supplier document = one invoice. Whether it's a PDF, photo, or email attachment. Multi-page invoices count as one.
What counts as a "live job" on ControlIQ?
Any job that has entered the amendment list and has not been marked as finished. ControlIQ only starts counting from refit onwards — earlier repair stages are outside the system.
Is the Workforce module included?
Workforce is included with the complete platform. It covers clocking, timesheets, overtime, holidays and payroll preparation.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly billing, no contract. Cancel any time from your account.
Is my data safe?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each business has fully isolated data — nobody else can see yours.
Can I use just one area?
Absolutely. Use COSTLY on its own, ControlIQ on its own, or bundle both for the 15% discount and the Workforce module.
